I smoked for over 20 years and now I am free and I’ve never wanted to smoke again. I started smoking when I was 15 years old. Was a moderate smoker at the beginning and too heavy smoker from that point forward (1/2 pack to pack+ a day)

My entire day revolved around smoking. I would chain smoke on my way to work, take as many smoke breaks as possible, chain smoke on my lunch, and of course, chain smoke on my commute even if my wife was in the car, and she´s a non-smoker. I didn’t even want to make plans with non-smokers anymore.

As with most of us smokers, I quit many times and relapsed soon after, for years, repeatedly Even though I wanted to quit and felt determined, I was miserable, and I missed smoking all the time. Trying to quit in the past was pure torture! The cravings intensified when I tried and failed.  One of the worst feelings in the world.

Felt as if I was denying myself the joy and pleasure of smoking, especially when I was anxious, upset, sad, or even angry and not to mention my favorites the morning cigarette with coffee & smoking after meals, I am sure you can relate.

I am not a magician or a doctor or a therapist, I am just a former smoker that has gone through this pain like you many times over that finally discovered an easy way to shake this insane addiction, and because of it, I have dedicated my life to help people like you that are willing to have an open mind and give it a real shot to quit smoking.

I know the pain and guilt that comes with it, as I tried quitting so many times in the past, each time failing. No matter how much I planned, and how determined I was, I always failed.
